We are now looking for a Inventory Store Keeper who has the ambition and skills to support APM Terminals in our development journey. Are you service minded, IT savvy and motivated by ensuring and securing structure and discipline on our stocks? Then this may the job for you!
You will join our team in Aarhus working out of our warehouse which is located on a few smaller 9 locations at the terminal in Aarhus. The AAR warehouse consists of two sites and one remote location for use in repair of reefers; PTI (small defect and fault) PTX (General and major Repair) Kalundborg. You will be responsible for purchasing spare parts, tools and consumer goods as well as keep track of what inventory and noninventory.
Your daily tasks are to follow up on orders and supply the stocks so that the production is always running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing ERP System IFS and PIC IT; e.g. create connection between stocks and the system, migrate data, reconcile errors in mapping, ensuring compatibility, check and update prices in system, handle and resolve price contradictions.
  • Managing a common departmental email in an efficient way to centralize communication and ensure that all team members have access to important messages and information
  • Support Inland Service Dry Equipment
  • Coordinate with Non-inventory supplier
  • PTX, PTI and KAL Order Inventory and Non-inventory
  • Replenishment of parts
  • Core parts handling
  • EBS electronics rebuild with carrier
  • Courier service coordination
  • Coordinate with Legal Team in event of loss of shipment
  • Internal support
  • Counting and Reconciliation
  • Procurement
  • Solve disputes with suppliers through coordination
  • Participate in procurement meeting with supplier
  • Restore account by sharing the depth knowledge with supplier
We are looking for:
  • Experience from similar role
  • Driver's licence for truck a must
  • Must speak and write English and Danish
  • Comfortable with MS Office and IFS10 ERP system
