Based in Sweden, Molnlycke, the System Verification Engineer will develop adequate verification strategies, compose verification plans and test setups, execute tests, analyze test data, and report results and conclusions to be the foundation for assuring the correct quality level on each new offering to our customers.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be in charge with tests leading within New Product Development (NPD) and Product Maintenance:
- Review and provide feedback on the System Requirements Document (SRD)
- Develop a comprehensive verification plan towards system requirements together with the design engineers.
- Define the system test strategy and the system verification plan based on the SRD
- Execute product reliability and performance testing, analyze the collected data and report results and conclusions.
- At the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) present a preliminary, high level, system verification plan
- At the Final Design Review (FDR) provide an overview of the system verification results and requirements coverage, clarify deviations from expected performance, and describe how those deviations affect the product.
- Lead and participate in the development of new test methods to meet added verification requirements.
- Support the cross-functional project team with test method expertise.
- Be responsible to develop and maintain the test infrastructure:
- Define and drive equipment needs to ensure test capability of critical product performance criteria
- Initiate and drive test methodology improvements to continuously improve test efficiency and quality of test
- Contribute to test automation, test case development, and to drive repeatability and test efficiency improvements
- Lab equipment responsibility to maintain expected test capability, calibration fulfillment, proposing and implementing changes to meet new needs, and taking responsibility to follow 5S and safety procedures.
- Continuously responsible to develop and maintain procedures and templates to ensure consistency and long-term quality of test engineering deliverables.
FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Technical education at Master or Bachelor level, or corresponding knowledge though work experience;
- A minimum of three years experience in developing purpose built test setups and working in labs;
- Knowledge of defining test strategies and understanding of requirements management;
- Knowledge of test planning, test execution, data analysis and test result reporting;
- Basic Python scripting experience;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both oral and written;
- Preferable experience in test automation work.
