  • Experience in Airbnb, shortstay & hospitality is a bonus

Job Descriptions:

  • Make sure room deposit collected and provide check in details before guest check in
  • Constantly communicate with Housekeeping Department for up-to-date details of charges to the guests.
  • To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
  • To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
  • other operation tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
