Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and understand ESG research and analysis in terms of relevance for business as input for client services
- Ability to translate the key findings into valuable insights in reports & presentations
- Must be good at writing on ESG topics in absolute English (preferably in Chicago Style Manual)
- Must build and perform quality checks on the ESG Benchmarking Reports
- Build and interact with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Functional and Business Knowledge:
- Applies general knowledge of operations principles, theories, and work tools developed through past experience to best complete assignments
- Possesses strong project and program management skills
Problem-Solving:
- Agile mindset as the work involves a lot of collaboration and coordination
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish
- Convenient taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
- Provide solutions based on best practices and existing precedents
Candidate Profile:
- Proven expertise and interest in research and content writing
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree, preferably in English or Communications, with basic education on ESG, sustainability or CSR or economics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written, spoken and visually
- Business-oriented with an attention to quality and efficiency
- Ability to work well within the context of a global virtual team
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work.
