In order to help our training team, GAMING1 is looking for an HR Digital Training Intern.
YOUR ROLE
Digital Training Program Support:
- Assist in the design and development of digital training materials, modules, and resources.
- Help create engaging and interactive online training content using various e-learning tools (Talentsoft).
- Support the deployment and maintenance of digital training platforms or learning management systems (LMS).
Content Creation and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to convert existing training content into digital formats.
- Edit and format training materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with branding guidelines.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, quizzes) to enhance training materials.
LMS Management:
- Assist in managing the organization's learning management system.
- Upload and organize training content, assign courses to employees, and track completion progress (following N+1 guidelines)
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate reports on training program effectiveness, participation rates, and learner performance
YOUR PROFILE
- HR master or bachelor's ongoing
- Photoshop, final cut pro, sony vegas pro or any other editing software
- assertive, imaginative
- Proactive, thorough and well organized
- Good command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
