Mission Masala brings banging Indian flavors with a modern twist, heartwarming signature curries,
typical street snacks, vibrant tandoor inspired BBQ dishes & an Indian take on classic cocktails. We
prioritise service and hospitality to make sure that every guest that walks through our doors gets
the full Mission experience. Additional to our food trucks and catering, our restaurants are based
in Antwerp, Gent and soon in Brussels.

Job descriptions
SERVERS & WAITERS
You will be hosting our guests and making sure that they have an enjoyable experience at our new
concept restaurant “BOMBAY BBQ” in Brussels, Flagey.
- Welcoming & seating our guests
- Explaining menus, allergens etc
- Serving food and drinks & clearing tables
- Generally making sure our guests are having a good time
- Supporting all tasks for Front of house
BARTENDERS
Supporting our bar tending team in preparing drinks for our guests
- Making cocktails according to our recipes
- Pouring wines & beers
- Refilling fridges and working in an organised manor.
DISHWASHERS
Helping clean all pots, pans & crockery from the restaurant kitchen, front of house & takeout kitchen.
- Clearing all food from pots, pans and plates etc
- Operating an automatic dishwash machine
- Storing everything back where it’s needed.
- Working fast and smooth
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with people.
- Hospitality experience is a plus, not a must.
- Available weekends and evenings.
- We will provide full training of the job.
